• The Mystery of the Olive Tree

When the Apostle Paul, in Romans chapter 11, introduces the plan of God with Israel and the nations, he portrays the image of an olive tree and calls it 'the Mystery'.  He is so astonished by the wisdom of God that he cries out: 'Oh the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  How unsearchable His judgements, and his paths beyond tracing out!  Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or Who has been his counsellor?' (Romans 11:33-34)

The Messianic Jewish Movemment is still small but it is well-established today and growing steadily.  They believe in Jesus as the Son of God and saviour of the world.  As unexpected partners for many of us, this presents the Christian world with some very real challenges in the way we should relate to them.  This book is instructive, challenging, even Disturbing, as it explains why the Messianic Jews have a special place in our midst.  We all need to read it.
