This is a very encouraging and highly useful book from Charles Whitehead, on the subject of leadership.  Invaluable for those in or considering a leadership role.  Charles gives his many years of experience in this area and - for those who want to be really effective leaders - his book will show the ways this can be brought about to the benefit of themselves and all the members of a team.  Highly recommended
